Moonshine, star trails and sunrise - L460

A nearly full moon is definetely not ideal to take pictures of star trails as the sky is not really dark. Only the major stars are strong enough to leave a trail on the image. On the other side you can take advantage of the moonshine in the composition. By the time the moon sets behind the mountain ridge, the very first light appears in the east and adds interest to the picture.
