The coastlines of the Alaska Peninsula are scattered with rivers and creeks where the annual salmon run takes place. While the Brown Bears feast on the best part of the fish meat (the filet), Bald eagles are happy if they manage to catch the guts and other fish remains before the seagulls arrive.
