In the woods a soundtrack dictates the rhythm of time: melting snow, in form of million water droplets falling off the trees, produces a sound like a ticking clock. I like to think about it like a countdown to spring: each droplet makes the warmer days come closer.

To achieve the above picture, I decided to go for a studio setup. The digital photography is a huge help in such cases, as the rate of good pictures is extremely low (less than 0.5 %).
